What exactly is a VIER analysis?
A structured organisational scan across 10 rubrics that maps how your company handles absence, employability and reintegration. You receive a report with traffic light assessments and concrete recommendations.
What does the consultation involve?
An online session with a Kijk op Verzuim consultant where your questionnaire answers are discussed, verified and enriched. This takes place via Microsoft Teams.
Can I refer clients as an insurer or payroll provider?
Yes. Insurers and payroll providers can request an analysis for their clients through the referral portal.
Who is VIER for?
For SME employers who want to take control of their absence management. The analysis is suitable for organisations of any size.
How much does a VIER analysis cost?
Costs depend on how you were referred. Many insurers and payroll providers include the analysis in their service package. Contact your referrer for the exact terms.
What happens after the report?
With practical follow-up programmes, from training for managers to sharpening your approach, we ensure the recommendations actually result in lasting improvement.
How long does the process take?
You receive our report five to ten business days after the consultation. Filling in the questionnaire takes about 10 minutes and the consultation about 45 minutes.
How does the traffic light system work?
Each rubric receives a colour: green (in control), orange (room for improvement) or red (action required). This makes priorities immediately visible.
Is my data secure?
